Lee Ann Young, SHRM-SCP, started Uncharted HR on the principles that a company’s greatest asset is its people.
With over 20 years HR experience she realized that the “people” component are the hardest things to manage. Every organization starts with a gathering of strangers, who then become coworkers and hopefully highly functioning teams. How does that happen, chance, luck, hard work? That’s where we come in, through the three-legged stool approach combining performance, processes and technology the best results can be found.
Believing in the concept of communication, collaboration and cooperation to attain desired outcomes, we are your business partner, guiding your organization through the myriad of activities that come after you hire your first employee.
